Today is the first day to register for the KC Slimdown Challenge. It is a weight loss competition for teams of 4-6 people, based off of percentage of weight lost from now-ish to the beginning of October.
I really have my heart set on winning this competition. I have been living in excess the past few days to pad my starting number. I call it strategy. My wife calls it stupidity. Just once in my life, I’d like to experience a “gentleman’s facial” without paying for it first.
