I picked up some Boulevard Two Jokers this weekend.  It is a double-wit and will accumpany Zon in the summer as their seasonal Smokestack offereing.

This beer is a tad lighter (8% abv) than the normal Smokestack offerings, which is a welcome trait in the hot and heavy summer months.  I’m not a big fan of the wit style of beer, but this seems very drinkable.  The thing that caught me most off guard was the spice taste that it finishes with.  The label mentions a number of things, but I really pick up on the orange peel and lavender.  Honestly, this is probably my favorite Smokestack after Saison-Brett.
