Samuel Adams - Longshot Lemon Pepper Saison May 17 - 23 marks American Craft Brew Week.  Naturally, I took the entire week off from work to celebrate.  While a lot of places around KC have events going on (Flying Saucer all week, Beerfest in Westport Saturday, etc), I will probably be drinking alone and at home.  During the rare instance I put my Xbox controller down, I’ll be posting the beers I’m enjoying on this most splendid of weeks.  I suppose the best place to start is with Samuel Adams, the brewer Patriot, and their Longshot series that rewards home brewer submissions with a variety-pack release.  I was really looking forward to this beer, but it’s just not for me.  If you’re looking to get a lemon party going, it is definitely a non-starter.
