In case you missed, I’ve created a short video of some of the amateur runs from this weekend’s Scion Open snowboarding event at KC Live!  It was pretty crowded, and I had a baby with me, so I didn’t stay super long.  The weather was so great, it kind of turned the event into a hot mess.  I felt bad for the guys working shovel detail in between heats to try and spread out the rapidly depleting powder.

I also felt bad for these girls, who somewhat resembled hot tranny messes with their awesome boots.

Your feet have to smell like straight up ass if you go around wearing boots like those on a 70 degree day.  Anyways, kudos to Dept Zero for putting on the show in some adverse conditions.  And kudos to the last two guys from the video for making me laugh my ass off.
